Public Terms of Service & Online Agreement

1. General Provisions & Acceptance

1.1. This document constitutes a legally binding public agreement between Digital Agency SPEC Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) and any capable individual, sole proprietor, or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client).

1.2. Acceptance of these Terms occurs upon performing any of the following conclusive actions:

• Submitting a formal project inquiry, technical brief, or service order via the website forms or official communication channels;
• Making full or partial advance payment for designated services based on issued electronic invoices;
• Providing formal written or digital confirmation authorizing the commencement of development or support tasks.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider delivers high-standard digital engineering and consulting services, including custom web application development, CMS architecture, API integration, performance optimization, SEO audits, and dedicated server administration. Specific deliverables, deadlines, and technical requirements are defined in relevant project specifications.

3. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All exclusive intellectual property rights to custom code, design layouts, and digital materials created specifically for the Client pass to the Client upon full financial settlement. The Service Provider retains the non-exclusive right to showcase completed non-confidential project cases in professional portfolios.
